Refunds Policy

At Sweet Dreams, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we hope you love every bite, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.


 

1. All Sales Are Final (Due to Food Safety)

Because our products are edible, perishable goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy helps us ensure the highest quality and safety standards for all customers.

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at hello@eatsweetdreams.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

3. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

 

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
  • If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received it, contact us at hello@eatsweetdreams.com
